Category Archives: Studio Photo Shoot

Hi, this is Nate, and I’ve been a lazy blogger. But last week I got to shoot the team at Studio Be here in Old Town Fort Collins and it was so much fun I had to get a post in. In order to both enhance to the company’s visual brand and also let each subject have their voice we had each person come up with a phrase incorporating the “BE” in the company’s logo and write it on our custom-made studio set.  Thanks to Ian and all the stylists who let me have one of the most fun days of studio shooting ever.  PS. We’ve been doing all sorts of exciting new advertising photo shoots so stay tuned for more sweet shots.

We had so much fun shooting these two families last month!

The Canonicos have three kids (first six pictures) – Jack and Alice super excited to have their pictures taken and were great helps with baby Charlie.

The Martinkus family was three generations (last six pictures) and it was so fun to get pictures of everyone together, pictures of each little family, and of course pictures of the babies themselves. Because, really? Who doesn’t love pictures of adorable babies ?

Bob and Erin have been in the studio a few times recently, taking pictures of their ridiculously cute baby Baron! Mom and Dad are obviously in love with the little mister, even when he has little accidents on Dad’s lap!

Here’s a video with clips from the shoot and some great shots Kira got.

Kelly is such a sweetheart and she brings us cupcakes from the Buttercream Cupcakery every time she stops by. We had to take advantage of it with a little pre wedding smashing, besides it gave us a good chance to try out an automated gif. These two have so much style, we are amped for their wedding!

Have you checked out the living space yet? Well, its THE  place to go for red hot home decor in Old Town Fort Collins.  Their new shop just opened up in the Opera Galleria and their even newer website is live for the viewing. check it out to see if you can resist some sexy product photography by Harper Point in action.

Here are some product shots we did for a series of bright and clean ads to launch, The Living Space; downtown Fort Collins newest and finest home decor shop in the Opera Galleria building.  The ads will be designed by Toolbox Creative and will be super-cool, so I’ll keep you posted when I see the ads out there.

Today Kira and I had a fun full day shoot at Custom Blending to create delicious images for their ingredient packaging, soon to be on a shelf in a grocery store near you. Check our more of our photos of their creations at http://www.customblending.com/ and also http://www.rodellevanilla.com/.

Last night we broke in the new studio space at 226 Pine Street with our official grand opening party. While there we’re many things to love about last night, Heidi and the Rhythm Rollers topped it all with 2 swingin sets of rockabilly music. We also unveiled our sweet new brochure (designed by Matt Kistler at Toolbox Creative), enjoyed creative costumes and ate goulish desserts by Sunset Catering.

Laura wanted something different for her senior photos. Her rockabilly style and our new-wave approach were a perfect match. Check out this slide show from Laura’s fab shoot!
